Summer Vacation Mode Activated
This week I turned in my last assignment for graduate school. Yay!!!!!
Summer vacation mode activated.
There’s 24 days until back to school shopping, school supplies, and a new schedule when the kids go back to school. We are going to have some fun between now and then!
But first, I’m going to rest for a second. Three years of graduate school felt like a marathon. I can relax without homework, scheduling, and papers. It was a great experience. I’m also grateful it is done. I can move onto the next phase of life that does not involve school.
At the end of the month, we have a trip planned to New York. I haven’t seen family since last summer when we did our road trip. This summer we will be flying due to time restraints and PTSD from a car accident earlier this year.
Our trip will start with us flying from Denver (DEN) to Newark (EWR). We will then drive to upstate New York to stay at an AirBNB for the week. There will be family get togethers, a trip to LegoLand, and some time chilling by the river. I am looking forward to arting on the trip, enjoying the country, and making memories with the people I love.
