Free Admission for Military to all Colorado State Parks in August 2024

There is free admission for active duty, veterans or national guard members to all Colorado State Parks for the month of August 2024.

 

The state park office and Colorado Parks & Wildlife (CPW) office an issue a free pass with proof of military service. Additional charges, such as camping and fishing fees, still apply.

 

Proof of military service that are accepted include:

DD214

DD Form 2

DD Form 2765

Active, retired or veteran military identification cards

Current Colorado Driver’s License or state issued identification card with the word “Veteran” printed on it.
