[Virtual] Friday Mindfulness and Meditation at Denver Public Library

The Denver Public Library is offering a free Friday Mindfulness and Meditation on January 14, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.

This is a virtual program that is available through Zoom.

Registration is required.  You can register at the Denver Public Library Friday Mindfulness and Meditation event page.

A regular meditation practice can help you cultivate kindness and inner peace — two things we desperately need in these stressful times. Join us to learn different meditations and practice them. Connect with other members of your community and experience the power of meditating in a group. Each class will include some teaching on mindfulness themes (such as types of meditation, resilience, stress reduction, and so on) followed by 30 minutes of practice. This is a drop in class — come to as many or as few sessions as you want.  All levels are welcome!
