[Virtual] Friday Mindfulness and Meditation at Denver Public Library
The Denver Public Library is offering a free Friday Mindfulness and Meditation on December 17, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m.
This is a virtual program that is available through Zoom.

A regular meditation practice can help you cultivate kindness and inner peace — two things we desperately need in these stressful times. Join us to learn different meditations and practice them. Connect with other members of your community and experience the power of meditating in a group. Each class will include some teaching on mindfulness themes (such as types of meditation, resilience, stress reduction, and so on) followed by 30 minutes of practice. This is a drop in class — come to as many or as few sessions as you want. All levels are welcome!
