Keep Colorado Wild Pass

Starting in 2023, getting a Colorado State Park Pass is even easier. The pass will be included for $29 in your vehicle registration unless you opt-out.  This pass helps support the parks and wildlife.

The regular yearly park pass is still available for $80 per year. This is the same pass I bought last year. I’m excited about the update with cost, ease, and availability.  The $80 pass is still a good option for individuals who are not residents of Colorado. To camp at Colorado State Parks, you must also have an admission pass. A daily admission pass is still $10 per day. The annual pass breaks even eight days after visiting Colorado State Parks in a year.

The Keep Colorado Wild Pass will be printed on the paper vehicle registration, myColorado App, and the My CPW App (if linked). If you do not have a vehicle, there is a $29 Individual Annual pass available. This pass does not allow access with a vehicle.

Visit the Official Keep Colorado Wild Pass section on the Colorado Parks and Wildlife page to learn more about the new pass, how to purchase it, and its benefits.
